Terms and Conditions for a Kushtia Japanese Language Center

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") government the enrollment, participation, and usage of services provided by Kushtia Japanese Language Center. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

• Students must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the applicable fees.
• Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability.

• At least One (01) month's fee must be paid before the start of the course (except for students with a separate agreement approved by the authority).
• Fees are non-refundable except in the case of course cancellation by the Center.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, mobile financial services (e.g., bKash, Nagad), or in person.

• Students are expected to attend all classes regularly and arrive on time.
• A minimum attendance of 75% is required to receive a course completion certificate.
• The Center reserves the right to deny certification due to poor attendance.

• Course materials are provided for student use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
• All intellectual property belongs to the Center unless otherwise stated.

• Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and peers.
• Disruptive behavior may lead to suspension or expulsion without a refund.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

• The Center reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or course content when necessary.
• Students will be informed of any significant changes in advance.

• Student information will be collected and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Bangladesh.
• Data may be used for communication, certification, and internal research purposes only.

• The Center shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to students or their property during participation in our programs.
• Students are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

• The Center shall not be responsible for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
